Campaign strategy, email copywriting, template design in your branding, list handling and cleaning, deliverability setup, sending, A/B testing (Growth and Pro) and a performance report. You approve the plan and the copy before anything goes out.

Do I need my own contact list?

No. You can bring your own list, or we can source a compliant B2B audience for your target market. Tell us in the brief which one applies and we adapt the setup accordingly.

Is your email marketing GDPR-compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We send B2B only, we document the lawful basis for every campaign, we identify the sender clearly, we include a working unsubscribe link in every email and we process opt-outs immediately. We never use consumer data.

Is it legal to email Estonian companies without prior opt-in?

For business-to-business contact in Estonia we rely on GDPR's legitimate-interest basis under the Electronic Communications Act: the offer must be relevant to the recipient's business, the sender must be clearly identifiable and every email must carry a working opt-out. We document that basis for each campaign and suppress opt-outs permanently.

Which countries do you run campaigns in?

Estonia. We focus on one market and know it well — native Estonian copy, plus Russian and English versions when your audience needs them.

How long does it take to launch a campaign?

Accepted Answer

We contact you within one business day of payment. Starter campaigns are typically live within five working days of the approved brief; Growth and Pro programmes start within seven to ten working days.

What reporting do I get?

A clear report with deliveries, opens, clicks, replies and unsubscribes, plus concrete recommendations for the next campaign.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start production work on your campaign. Once the strategy and copy have been delivered, the fee covers work already performed and is non-refundable — but we will keep iterating until the campaign is ready to send.
