Every record describes a registered company, built from official business registers and publicly available business listings. We include business email addresses and phone numbers only where the company lists them publicly as business contacts. We do not sell private consumer data.

Legitimate interest for B2B outreach
GDPR Article 6(1)(f) lets you process business contact data when you have a legitimate interest that is not overridden by the recipient's rights. For B2B outreach this usually means offering a product or service that is relevant to the company's line of business. Document your legitimate interest assessment before you start a campaign.
Some countries add stricter e-marketing rules under the ePrivacy Directive, for example requiring prior consent even for business addresses. Check the national rules before emailing companies in each market.

- Say who you are and where you got the contact data
- Include a simple opt-out in every message and honour it promptly
- Keep a suppression list and remove opted-out companies from future lists
- Delete data you no longer need for the campaign
